Order processing
Your order is confirmed once payment is successful. We pack it and hand it to our courier partner within 1-2 business days, Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free on orders above ₹499. Below that, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies.
The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay, so there are no extra charges later.
Delivery time
Delivery estimates start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it is placed.
Festivals, bad weather, strikes or a remote address can add a few days. If your order is running late, contact us and we will check with the courier.
Where we deliver
We ship through trusted courier partners to serviceable PIN codes across India.
If your PIN code is not serviceable, contact us and we will help you with another option or a refund.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details by email and SMS.
You can also follow your order from your account dashboard.
Address and delivery attempts
Please check your name, full address, PIN code and mobile number before paying. The courier will call this number.
If delivery fails because the address is incomplete or nobody is available, the courier may try again and then return the parcel to us. Re-shipping may carry an extra charge.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, write to us with your order number and we will trace it with the courier.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or refund your payment as per our Returns & Refunds policy.

Look at the parcel before you accept it. If the box is damaged or looks opened, do not accept it and let us know.
If you find damage after opening, send us photos or an unboxing video along with your order number within 48 hours of delivery so we can sort it out quickly.
