Welcome to GauRich. This website is run by Bhole Baba Milk Food Industries (Dholpur) Pvt. Ltd. ("GauRich", "we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using the website and buying from it.

By browsing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery policy and Returns & Refunds policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legal contract under Indian law to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order for you.

You agree to give correct and complete details whenever you use the website.

You need an account to use the cart, wishlist and My Orders. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password private and safe.
• Everything that happens through your account.
• Keeping your name, address and phone number up to date.

If you think someone else is using your account, tell us right away. We may suspend or close an account that gives false information or breaks these terms.

We try to show our products, photos, descriptions and weights as accurately as we can. Pack colours, designs and sizes may differ slightly from the photos on the website.

For ingredients, nutrition, storage and the best-before date of a product, always read the label on the pack. Product information on this website is general and is not medical or dietary advice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when payment is successful and we send you a confirmation by email or SMS.

We may cancel or refuse an order in cases such as:

• A product is out of stock or no longer sold.
• There is a mistake in the price or product details.
• We cannot verify your details or suspect fraud.
• Your PIN code is not serviceable.

If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless the website says otherwise. Prices and offers can change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Delivery is free on orders above ₹499. Below that, a flat shipping charge of ₹49 applies. The final amount, including shipping, is shown before you pay.

If we find a pricing error after you order, we will tell you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payments are made online through Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. You enter your payment details on Razorpay's secure page. We never see or store your card details.

You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you choose. If a payment fails but money is deducted, please do not pay again. It is usually reversed by the payment provider within a few working days.

We pack your order and hand it to a courier partner. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can change because of weather, festivals, strikes or a remote address.

Please check your address, PIN code and mobile number before paying. If delivery fails because the details are wrong or nobody is available, re-shipping may cost extra.

Because our products are food, we accept returns only when something is wrong, such as a damaged, leaking, wrong, missing, expired or poor-quality product. Please report it within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns of opened or used products. An order can be cancelled only before it is dispatched. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used.

When you use this website, you agree not to:

• Break any law or use the website for anything unlawful.
• Give false information or pretend to be someone else.
• Try to hack, overload, scrape or damage the website or its servers.
• Upload viruses or harmful code.
• Misuse offers, discounts or the returns process.
• Send abusive, misleading or spam messages through our forms.

The GauRich name, logo, product names, photos, videos, text and design on this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, sell, edit or reuse our content for any other purpose without our written permission.

This website may link to or load services from others, such as Razorpay, Google Maps, courier tracking pages and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

We work to keep the website available and error-free, but we cannot promise that it will always work without interruption or that it will be free of mistakes. The website is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the extent the law allows, GauRich is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be limited by agreement.

You agree to cover us for any loss or claim that arises because you broke these terms, gave false information or misused the website.

We may suspend or close your access to the website if you break these terms or misuse the website. You can stop using the website and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We would like to resolve any problem directly with you first, so please contact us before taking any other step.

If a dispute cannot be settled by talking, the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Changes apply from the moment they are posted, and orders already placed follow the terms that were in force when you ordered.
